EARC/Meadows Valentine's Dance 02-10-2020

EARC/Meadows Valentine's Dance is here!!!  Join us Monday, February 10, 2020 at First Christian Church - Fellowship Hall, 201 E. 2nd Street, Edmond, 73034.  This is one of the most fun events that EWC has the privilege to be a part of!  Please sign up on EWC website and let the dancin' begin!

We need volunteers for many different things- servers, decorators, photographer, clean up, sign in, prize drawer, hosts, etc.  There are three shifts to pick from:

1) Volunteer to help set up and decorate, 4:30p-6p;

2) Volunteer for the dance time, 6p-8p;

3) Volunteer to help clean up, 8p-9:30p

If you would like to volunteer for the entire event (4:30p-9:30p) you must register for all three shifts separately.  To sign up for all three shifts register for the first shift, confirm it, go back to event registration and choose "Register" again, then "New Registration".  Follow these steps if signing up for more than one shift.
