VOLUNTEER SHIFTS - HAVANA NIGHTS GALA

It is time to sign up for your fundraiser volunteer shift member requirement. Your shifts will take place during the upcoming Havana Nights Gala at the Hilton Garden Inn Edmond. If you are unable to attend the Gala, please reach out to Melissa Gann at 405-819-0051 for an alternate shift for your membership requirement. 

Volunteer shifts are each approximately 1 hour long and include:

- Check-in/Check-out

- Silent Auction Item Attendant

- Floaters/Technical Support/Auction Software

- Heads or Tails Sales

- Stock your Bar Sales

- Item Pickup

- Clean-up
