General meetings are held at the Hilton Garden Inn at I-35 and Covell Road in meeting rooms 3A-3C.
Our schedule is as follows:
- 5:30 pm: Check-In Opens
- 6:00 pm: Dinner Served/Meeting Begin
Meal Cost is $32.00. A cash bar will be available for alcoholic beverage purchases. Guest Cost is $25.00.
Please note: General meeting registration closes at 9:00am the Friday before the meeting. There are no late registrations, and you cannot gift or sell your spot if you are unable to attend after registration closes. All payments are non-refundable after registration closes. Please sign up as soon as possible so you don't miss the deadline.
